Ingredients

100 gm Tofu (soya paneer)
3 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp amchur
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method

Cut the tofu in small cubes.
Mix the rice flour, salt, cumin powder and amchur with water to make a batter.
The batter should be thick enough to coat the tofu pieces.
Dip the tofu cubes in the batter and fry.
Serve hot with green chutney/ketup.

Notes

Very healthy snack for kids. Tofu is rich in protein. May add chilli powder.

I hated tofu as a child

I hated tofu as a child mainly because my mom just fries it and it was kind of boring so I didn't like the bland taste. Now, upon searching for recipes, I found out that you can really do a lot of stuff with tofu.
