Quick Egg Roll

Approx. preparation time

10 minutes

2 Eggs
1/2 cup Wheat flour (can also use maida)
1 small Onion (chopped in small pieces)
1 small Tomato (chopped in small pieces)
1 Pinch Salt

1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce

Mix wheat flour with water to make dough similar to what is used for making roti/chapati.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, and roll each of them into thin roti/chapati.

Beat the eggs and put chopped onion, tomato & salt in it. Mix it well.

Put the pan on stove with its flame at medium. Put oil on it for greasing and then put one rolled roti/chapati on the pan. Flip it after 30 seconds. Then pour half of the egg mixture on the roti/chapati. Make sure that it is evenly spread out on the roti/chapati. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip it once more and then take it off the pan after 30 seconds.

Now put tomato sauce on the side, which has egg. Spread it with a spoon.
Roll it so that egg and tomato sauce is on the inner side.
And the roll is ready.

Egg roll that we get in the market is usually spicy and the kids may not like it.

I love egg rolls. I often get

I love egg rolls. I often get it on Japanese restaurants, I just don't know how to make one. But I'd love to try this recipe and make one myself. I hope it's delicious though, I just don't have any talent for cooking.
